Magazine ads are a great way to zero in on your targetted audience —
BUT they have to look great and deliver a message that is instantly understandable


PUBLIC COMMUNITY SERVICE ADVERTISING: Broad Reach Benefits in New Jersey provides employee benefit programs to employers across the US (medical, dental, vision, etc.) and we're lucky enough to count them as one of our long-term clients. BRB regularly gives back to local community projects by taking out support ads in civic fundraising publications. We've had the pleasure of designing many of these ads for them over the years. We designed BRB's logo and created a new corporate image for them in 2001, and have rolled out many different design projects with this consistent, fresh look. We applaud BRB for their continuing community support.

EUROPEAN MAGAZINE ADS: The ads displayed here were designed for VITALS, a nutritional supplement manufacturer in Amsterdam in the Netherlands. Since 2007 we've helped create and standardize their corporate image, ads, brochures, product labels, catalogs, mailings and newsletters. The ads, of course, are written in Dutch, so don't worry if they seem a bit hard to read. The big ad translates to "Breakthrough! MorEPA Platinum contains the highest doses of fish oil in the world. Unmatched purity." VITALS is the exclusive Dutch distributor of Minami's MoreEPA fish oil products, which have been proven in various studies to be more effective than antidepressant drugs for improving emotional and mental problems. VITALS has an extensive product lineup that it manufactures and distributes primarily to nutritionists and naturopaths. The shot below shows just a few of their products, with labels we designed several years ago.

MANY LANGUAGES: In over 21 years we've created design work in a broad range of languages, including Czech, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Italian, Russian, Spanish and even Taiwanese!

TITAN OIL RECOVERY: We have provided design services for Titan Oil Recovery since 2002, including this series of ads run in oil trade publications. Be on the lookout for this company in the next few years. Based on innovations by four brothers from Australia, and studies on the enzymes and bacteria the koala uses to digest eucalyptus leaves, the Titan oil recovery process has demonstrated that it's possible to access the 40 - 60% of oil that is normally trapped and unrecoverable, increasing the profitable life of an oil field many years past its normal expectancy. It also allows formerly "dead" oil fields to be brought back into production — a tremendous boon for our dwindling energy supplies that will give us the time we need to develop affordable alternative energy sources. Titan has offices in California and Texas in the USA. Ove the years we've designed Titan's entire corporate image, their web site, brochures, investor materials and process documentation.
