MULTI-PAGE BROCHURES: The UpStatistics Corporation hired us to create this 32-page brochure/booklet used to train marketing sales teams how to organize and manage their groups. We created a series of 16 custom illustrations, graphs and charts to really push home the major points the client wanted. Stock photos were researched and selected to forward the message on each page.
The brochure is European A4 size (11.69" x 8.25") and spine stapled. We completed the design work and sent PDF proofs to the client in California for changes and approval. On final approval we prepared a high-resolution PDF file and uploaded it directly to the client's printing company. |

CAPABILITIES/SERVICES BROCHURES:
EnrollmentCenter.com found our site and asked us to build them a large 16-page brochure (8.5" x 11") that outlined their debt and tax resolution services for potential clients. At the same time we also completely redesigned and updated the content on their web site for a fully-coordinated marketing campaign. Working closely with the EnrollmentCenter.com staff, we edited and revised various sections of the text to make sure the content was clearly presented and easy to understand. On final approval we packaged up the files and uploaded them to a company in California for final printing. They turned out gorgeously! We work with several printing companies in Florida, Ohio, Texas and California who do excellent work—and we can work with your printer, too. Having your brochures printed locally means zero shipping costs. As usual, we always try to keep in mind the most cost-effective means to assist our customers. |
SMALL FOLD-UP BROCHURES: Below are samples of smaller, single-page brochures that fold to fit in a standard #10 envelope (4" x 9"). Even though they may be relatively small in size as compared to the larger samples above, their 4 panels unfold to a huge 15 5/8" by 9" — plenty of room for photos, illustrations and text to promote your services and products. They are relatively inexpensive to print, and work great as handouts at customer sales meetings and as giveaways at trade shows.
We can customize the size, shape and number of panels to fit your exact requirements. Each brochure is designed from scratch for you — we never use pre-designed templates — so you will be certain that the look and feel of your brochure will be entirely unique. | FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT BROCHURES
With web sites so common these days, why do I need a printed brochure? Brochures are in-person sales tools that immediately show your prospective customers that your company is established and professional. They are effective leave-behinds that keep your message in the mind of your potential customer. Brochures drive people TO your web site to get even more information about your company. Brochures can be mailed to prospects and act as your remote salesperson.
What is the process for creating a brochure? We will interview you and/or your most successful sales people, or the individuals most familiar with your products to get a list of successful actions and determine who the main audiences will be who will purchase your products or services. We also like to have any technical information or surveys you may have on hand, and any past ads or brochures so that we can do our homework on exactly what it is you sell. Once this is determined we create a preliminary design and bounce it back and forth with you until we have a communicative masterpiece. It's always wise at this stage of the game to survey the brochure prior to printing to find out if the brochure actually does attract and interest your intended publics. This saves wasted time and effort, and takes the guess-work out of your promotion. How much is the design cost of a brochure? Since each brochure is custom and uniquely designed for your company, prices vary considerably. Brochure design costs can range from $1000 - $2000 for smaller brochures, to $3000 - $5000 and higher for larger multi-page brochures. Some of the factors that affect costs include: 1) Number of pages, 2) research, 3) writing, 4) photography (stock & custom), 5) custom artwork, and 6) logo design. Your brochure may involve some or all of these. After speaking with you about your specific needs we will send you a written quote with exactly what will be delivered prior to commencing the project. We're working for you so we'll keep an eye on costs and work with you to give you the best product within your budget. |
Is it easy to design a brochure by long distance? YES! We do it every day for companies across the U.S., Canada, the UK, Europe, South Africa and Australia. For example we recently completed a project for a construction company based in Illinois. The owner sent us a CD full of digital photos he'd had taken of his various construction projects along with articles on his work written up in local papers and magazines. After interviewing him extensively we created the brochure and emailed him a PDF file for approval. The brochure was then printed in Florida and shipped to him, and has been getting great responses from everyone his sales staff shows it to.
What type of brochure is right for my company? Each company is different and has varying needs. The sketches at right show just a few of the many custom designs we can create to fit your company's products. We will work with you to determine the best type of brochure for your products and services. Brochures can be simple one-page product sheets or multi-page informative booklets or catalogs. Of course, we will always be aware of your budget. Remember that your investment in a beautiful and effective brochure will pay for itself many times over in the new sales leads and income that it produces for you. What types of brochures do you design? An infinite variety. We can customize your brochure to the exact size, shape, number of pages and configuration that best suits your company. We can create custom pockets for CDs or DVDs, special sleeves for added documentation, etc. The only limit is our collective imagination. Let us know how you want to use the brochure and we'll come up with a design that will fit with your needs and budget. At right are examples of just a few of the MANY layouts possible. |
